Learn the basic fundamentals of training and teaching using the Suspension Training system. Suspension training simultaneously develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability by using gravity and the users body weight. Learn how to incorporate new moves into your already existing routine or learn to develop and instruct 100's of different movements with the use of a suspension trainer.
Attend the 3.5 hour course
Attend 10 Kore Body Blast or Kore TRX classes at the Kore Cycle studio.
