Holiday 🦃🎄Season is Here!

It’s the holiday season!! We have officially entered into the coziest time of year, where we are constantly surrounded my holiday travel, parties, foods, and activities. I thought that now would be the perfect time to give a couple reminders to our KHY family.

Give yourself some grace this holiday season. Thanksgiving🦃, Christmas🎄travel✈️, and time with family and friends can take a toll on your body both mentally and physically. You will likely be thrown off your regular routine at some point within the next couple of months... maybe you will be missing a day of work to travel, skipping a workout for a work party, or indulging in your favorite Thanksgiving side dish (and its’ leftovers) … and ALL of that is OKAY!!!

It is incredibly important to let yourself live and enjoy all aspects of your holiday season. So, I am writing to remind you:

-          Everything is good in moderation.

-          Let yourself enjoy a slice of pie (or two) after dinner. 🍰

-          You do not need to earn or burn your calories to enjoy comfort foods.

-          Missing a workout or two won’t kill your fitness goals…you’ll get back on track.

-          Take time to prioritize YOU. 🧘

Finally, no matter where you are in your health and fitness journey... we, at KHY, are here for you! You are always welcome in our classes; 💖 and at times where the holiday season feel like too much, come take a break and join us in the heat for an hour. I truly wish you all the very best during this season and hope you can allow yourself to enjoy it to the fullest extent. Cheers to the end of 2023! 🥂
