5am - Barre, 6am - Barefoot BootKamp, 9am Barre, 10am - Flow, 5pm - Sound Bath Meditation and Healing

Saturday:

7am - Skulpt, 8am - Flow, 8:30am - Barre, 9:15am - Triple Threat (2 hour class)
